Joy and Happiness

What brings more peace than the company of a friend? Nothing. I watched on a Tuesday night as groups of those who love one another spent time with each other. For a Tuesday it was surprising. So many people flooded the spaces of social interaction, and everyone had someone to confide in. The pool table was filled with friendly competition, and smiles of those who care not for a competitive nature but improvement and companionship. Everyone smiled, fake smiles, I think not. There was only one group of regulars who had a demeanor of depression, yet that was their problem which I can infer did not originate in our lovely local watering hole.

Me, being the most lucky of the lucky, made a new friend. An acquaintance, now elevated to a good friend, spent more time speaking with me than I deserved. How many can say they have spoken with a beautiful human for six hours with no break in intellectual stimulation? No battle of minds, just two intellects enjoying what the other has to provide. I have said it many times and will continue to say it. Chico gives and Chico takes, Chico gave tonight. It gave me a true, beautiful, intelligent friend. It gave me happiness. I say thank you. I am happy to be where I am. Stay safe Chico, stay beautiful. Stay yourself.

Fuck

What great a time. Time spent in another place more futile than here. All I have to say is that Chico brings more to the table than a place with more money and people. Reno, oh Reno, where the fuck do

Embarrassing Embarrassment

Still alive, what plight. I have met many a person who has added something and nothing. A woman running away from her abusive boyfriend. A tiny, pathetic, unimportant and self aggrandising little shit
